COVID-19: An update on our services

At Odyssey House, the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority. In keeping with this philosophy, we are keeping all of our facilities open for new and existing patients with prudent and thoughtful screening practices. We have implemented CDC screening, cleaning, and practice protocols and are closely monitoring developments to stay up-to-date.

Our residential Admissions Department is open Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. At this time, we are only admitting single women over the age of 18, pregnant women, and women with children who have been residing in a medically supervised and/or monitored facility (rehab) for more than 14 days. New residential patients must be directly transported from the facility to our Admissions Department in East Harlem.

We are processing outpatient admissions at both our East Harlem and Bronx locations. We are now offering telehealth services for new and existing patients, including assessment, individual, group and family counseling, and peer engagement and advocacy services. We are also providing medical and psychiatric services in-person and via telehealth, depending on patients’ needs.
