The last Wednesday of each month, we recognize an Odyssey House employee for their positive wellness efforts. This person is working on their wellness goals and along the way, they are inspiring others around them. This employee is the Wellness Wednesday Champion.

Roza has been working hard to make lasting lifestyle changes and is very inspiring to her Wall Street colleagues. She is committed to eating healthfully and exercising daily, no matter what. Keep up the great work Roza, we’re proud of you!
Wellness Champion Q & A with Roza Davidov, September 2019
- Odyssey House site/position: Wall Street, Third Party Team Leader
- What’s your favorite food? Pretty much all kinds of salads with lemon and mint dressing and any baked vegetables sprinkled with lemon pepper spice.
- What’s your favorite way to stay fit? Walking every day over 10K steps is a must for me. I also bike twice a week and do Zumba twice a week.
- Any words of wisdom for other OH employees looking to improve their health? Moderation is definitely key, and educate yourself on healthy portions. Just making a few changes in your diet can make a big difference in the long run. You can download an app to keep track of what you’re eating. It only works if you’re truly honest about what you’re eating and drinking. It’s eye-opening! It takes time but also teaches you healthy habits. As for fitness, find something you love to do and make it a commitment.
