An update on our services: COVID-19

At Odyssey House, the health and safety of our patients and staff are our top priority.

In keeping with this philosophy, we have implemented screening, cleaning, and infection control protocols that reflect current public health guidelines. We are closely monitoring developments and making adjustments as new information becomes available. We are admitting new patients with prudent and thoughtful screening practices.

Our residential Admissions Department is open Monday – Friday, 7 am – 7 pm. Please call (212) 987-5100 to schedule a telephone interview screening for residential admissions.

We are admitting transitional-aged youth (18-24), single adults, including those 55 and older, pregnant women, and women with children (over the age of 18). We are also offering on-site diagnostic and antibody testing for COVID-19. Transportation to our intake offices is available upon request.

We are conducting outpatient admissions at both our East Harlem and Bronx locations. We continue to offer telehealth services for new and existing patients, including assessment, individual, group, and family counseling, and peer engagement and advocacy services. We are also providing medication-assisted treatment, medical screening, and psychiatric services in-person and via telehealth.
