Enhanced Residential Treatment for Formerly Incarcerated Men
Odyssey House offers a specialized program that provides residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, peer-based mentoring, and recovery support to formerly incarcerated men, with the goal of facilitating the successful reentry and reintegration of adult offenders back to the community and promoting ongoing recovery.
The program uses several evidence-based practices, including Moral Reconation Therapy, Men’s Trauma Recovery Empowerment, and Project SUCCEED. Additional program highlights include outreach, screening, connections to recovery support services (e.g., NA/AA, OH ROCS), vocational rehabilitation, referrals to other services, and appropriate discharge planning.
