Wendy J. Mellk is a Principal in the New York, NY office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Since joining Jackson Lewis in October 1996, Wendy has concentrated her practice in employment litigation, corporate internal investigations, and counseling employers on a full range of workplace issues, including wage and hour compliance. Wendy’s litigation practice includes the defense of employers in single and multi-plaintiff actions before state and federal courts. Wendy also is the Co-Chair of the Firm’s Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Insurance Group. She regularly is a featured speaker at national EPL-related events.
Wendy is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A. 1988) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1993).
