Timothy P. Barr
Tim Barr brings a wealth of nonprofit leadership and board experience to Odyssey House, joining the Board of Trustees of Odyssey Foundation in 2025. Tim recently retired as Executive Vice President of the Calvary Fund at Calvary Hospital, where he directed development strategy, fundraising, and public engagement to support innovative healthcare programs and services.
His 40-plus-year career includes leading multimillion-dollar capital campaigns at St. Joseph’s Healthcare System and key advancement roles with WNET/Thirteen and major New York area universities.
Tim has a proven commitment to serving vulnerable populations. He has a strong background in building inclusive communities and advancing missions that center on behavioral health, recovery, and social justice. He has served in governance and leadership roles on boards for nonprofit, educational, and healthcare organizations throughout the tri-state region, always focusing on collaborative problem-solving and sustainable growth.
It is the mission of Odyssey House:
