Dear Runners, Walkers, and Supporters,
With a nor’easter approaching and a state of emergency declared for New York City by Governor Kathy Hochul, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tomorrow’s Run for Your Life 5K Run & Recovery Walk at Icahn Stadium. Your safety, and the safety of our volunteers, clients, and staff, come first.
Even though the physical event is canceled, our mission continues. The funds you have contributed continue to support people in recovery across our programs. All registered participants will receive a credit for their race registration. We will send details shortly.
Thank you for standing with us, and please stay safe this weekend. We hope to see you back at the starting line next year.
