Rick joined the Boards of Trustees of Odyssey House and Odyssey Foundation in 2002. He was elected to Chairman of Odyssey House in 2012.

Since joining Odyssey House as a member of the Boards of Trustees, he has spearheaded several initiatives including obtaining grants for program development and most recently securing the pro bono services of Siegel + Gale (international strategic branding company) to create and guide the implementation of a new brand architecture and logo for Odyssey House.

Rick has an extensive background in consumer and business-to-business marketing for pharmaceutical and health insurance companies. He is also actively involved with supporting HARC, a Hartford based organization which helps people with intellectual disabilities and their families enjoy lives of quality, inclusion, and dignity by providing support, education, and advocacy.
