Depending on your needs, an Odyssey House counselor may recommend an outpatient treatment program for you.
These programs—provided by our Outpatient Services center in the Bronx—can help you obtain the treatment and counseling you need while continuing to maintain your everyday life.
We’ll work with you to create a program that fits your life. Flexible scheduling, including day and evening sessions, is available. We also provide bilingual support.
Our Outpatient Services center also provides ongoing counseling and support for individuals who have completed our residential program.
Odyssey House’s outpatient services are typically covered by New York State Medicaid, as well as most major insurance companies and managed care plans. One of our insurance specialists will help you understand your coverage and payment options and help you take care of the details.

SUPPORTING NYC PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCIES AND BRONX YOUTH
Odyssey House works closely with NYC public service agencies, including the Administration for Children’s Services, to provide effective outpatient programs for their clients, who have demonstrated a consistently high rate of completion over the years.
Our Bronx Urban Youth Initiative (BUY-IN) is an innovative substance abuse treatment program for teens and young adults and their family members. Funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, BUY-IN employs the proven, evidence-based Adolescent Community Reinforcement approach, which replaces activities supporting alcohol and drug use with positive behaviors that support recovery. The free-to-enroll program rewards participants not using drugs or alcohol so they can learn to make healthy lifestyle changes on their own.
The Odyssey House Recovery Center is now open in the Bronx!
The Recovery Center is a community-based, non-clinical setting that is safe, welcoming, and alcohol/drug-free.
